Hi I am trying to email my statements to our customers.
When I had edited the text info on the email, I realized I had to check the statement so I went to cancel emailing when I pushed cancel the whole thing has locked on me. The box that says "Going on Line" connecting to server has locked and I can not get out of it. it will not budge even if you push cancel or the x or even if you disconnect it will still be there when you relog on.
It did this to me last month as well but I can not remember what I did to get out of it. Can someone help please as I need to send out my statements. thanks Louise
