I have followed the steps to import some cheques from another program into Reckon Hosted. Reckon Hosted said that the data was imported but I cannot find it anywhere. Is there a delay in the data being displayed or have I done something wrong and it didn't tell me.

Hi Kim,
There is no delay. But importing data with IIF is very tricky. If you couldn't find the cheques (under the name/account you set in the IIF file) then more likely they are not imported.

Thanks. I only did a test of a few items. I am transferring over from another program and was hoping to be able to keep the history.
Is there another way to import the history?0 -
There are always other ways
1. Look for any off-the-shelf app that can help you to import.
2. Have someone (like me) to build a small custom tool that can read the output file from another program and import them into Reckon.Phuong Do / Reckon Developer Partner
