I have a customer account set up in HK currency, but they have agreed to be billed in NZD going forward.  How do I do this?  Do I have to start a new account to keep the integrity of the HKD account?

    Hello Alyssha,

    thanks for asking.

You'll need to create another Customer Account for this customer and set its currency as NZD. As Reckon Accounts does not like duplicate names, you'll need to modify the name a little bit - like putting a full-stop at the end of the name.

If you are in NZ then NZD is your home currency, but if you are elsewhere you may need to create an Accounts Receivable account for NZ customers.

    hiope this helps.

    regards,
    John.
