Printing Issues

Hi, when I'm printing something from Reckon Hosted (Australia), it doesn't print to normal sizing on A4.  This has happened since the last update-payslips and Invoices.  I've tried restarting both computer and printer numerous times-only prints normal from print to PDF writer. Frustrating.

    Hi Have you checked the Paper size within the printer settings. Could be set to Legal.

    If that does not fix the problem, suggest you phone Support as you have Free support using Hosted.

    Thanks Shirley, yes I have.  I've checked all settings within Reckon and with the printer prior to putting up my post.

    The printing issue is only when printing directly from Reckon.
