transactions created by one user cannot be seen by other user

Hi, when one user creates a new estimate, it often cannot be seen by other users. Has anyone experience this?

    Hi Scott,

    The others users must be in a different file than the one who created the estimate.  get all uses to press Ctrl and 1 on their keyboards at the same time, and check the location.  make sure everyone is in the exact same file, as in the location must be exact same for everyone.

    Thank you Shane,  you were correct, users were logging into the correct file.  They cannot however see the Q:\qb file.  There is a shortcut to another share, but this is the incorrect file.  we have removed share and re-shared the files, but no go.  Any further help would be great. thank you.
