invoice file size to big to email

When emailing a invoice why is the file size so large? is there anyway to change this when sending the invoice through Reckon Hosted? We have clients that are not being able to receive their invoice via email because of this. But we are not receiving any notification from Reckon Hosted saying the email was undeliverable, hence we think the invoice has been sent and are waiting on payment but the client has not received the invoice.

    How large a file are you talking; I send some fairly long invoices and the biggest I get is about 150KB and that's itsy bitsy teenie weenie

    Our invoices with about three items are just below 250KB.  Do you have a logo?  When I go into our template the logo size is 338KB, so Reckon must reduce the file for email.

    250KB is still not big and plenty of Hosted Users have complex logos, though I seem to remember an issue with certain email type accounts not being able to receive emailed invoices, can't remember how long ago though

    Hi Thanks guys, my logo was huge, I have resized it and now its all good, thanks again.
