I renewed my home and business Advantage membership in January and recieved a receipt. My subscription expired on the 24 January and I need the an installation key? It is not on the receipt?

    Ian,  try logging into the member's area at the Reckon website,  with your Customer ID and pin,  to fetch installation keys,  or you may need to ring during office hours to obtain.
