Reckon Accounts Hosted---Retrieving data fails: "Invalid JSON primitive: Error."

Error came up whilst trying to connect Reckon Cloud POS to Reckon Accounts Hosted?

    Thanks for your post.

    I'll need more information to get this resolved. Seems like there's special characters in your Item/Customer/Tax Code/Tax Item/Chart of Account list which is throwing this error.
