Uploading historic price data

I have moved "Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2017" to a new lap top. I have downloaded the sofware and transferred the date from old to new computer. However, I cannot transfer the historic price data. I have followed the instructions to overcome this problom, but to no effect.. Any solutions.
