Please help, I need to unlock a month in my accounts

I need to unlock a month on Reckon One, please help

    Hi,

    I know this is now an old thread but I have the same issue. The need to make changes to an account that has been reconciled. I have gone into the bank account section and clicked on the spanner but the account does not have a lock off date. It is blank in that section. What does that mean. I have also looked in the book section and likewise it does not have a lock off date indicated.

    Hi CSSPandC,

    In the event that the account has been reconciled, you have to Undo the reconciliation in order to go back to the previous month. I've included KB to help you through the procedure.
