can ship date automatically be the same as invoice date

Can someone please tell me how to make the Ship Date automatically be the same as the Invoice Date?  It is time wasting in our business to have to enter the dates separately.  Really hoping someone can solve this for me?  Thank you in advance!

    If your invoice date is today's date the simply type the letter T in the date field.
