Send Forms Email Issue

After migrating from Outlook to office365 Outlook.

to Edit > Preferences > Send Forms . For the email provider , select
“Hotmail/Outlook.com”. 
I followed this steps after that the email id field is disabled 

Please help this, I could not enter the value












I could not send email ,when I send email i got the above error.

    Hi Dental,

    The option you're selecting is if you have Outlook installed locally on your PC.

    You need to select the Hotmail/Outlook.com option from the drop-down menu. Not just 'Outlook'.
