Pay Items and Group Certificate issues

Hi everyone, I am using ReckonOne.  I have the following problem, can anyone help. I've created Pay Items and mistakenly selected Tax Free under Tax Applicable. This resulted these payment amounts don't include in the Group Certificates. Is there anyway to fix these problem so all payment amounts to include in the group certificate? Is there anyway to change Tax Free to Gross Payments? Thanks, Nick
