EMPdupe file for 2018-2019 PAYG failed message ATO business portal

Using Reckon Accounts Hosted, the EMPdupe file for 2018-2019 PAYG transactions shows a Lodge failed message when uploading the file to the ATO via our business portal. When you copy the files contents into "notes'' it seems to have only downloaded each employee's name & address - no actual wages data.
