I am having trouble trying to get my BAS report.

I am having trouble getting my BAS report. The report starts building (green bar reaches the end), then after about 300 seconds the box disappears. I checked the Q drive but it does not appear there. This is the first BAS report using Hosted. Is there something different that needs to be done?

    try running the report again.  My experience is that it will come prepopulated with results from the previous report

    Also try pressing Alt+PgUp on your keyboard after the report box disappears -  maybe its going to the back of your screen?  this brings it forward.

    Hi Rosslyn. I am having the same issue with doing BAS on Hosted for the first time.  Did you work it out?

    Not yet hope to try again tomorrow & use the Alt page up keys & see if that was the issue.
