Can't open a company file in Accounts Hosted 2019

I am trying to open a company file in Accounts Hosted 2019 but it is saying that I cannot open it because it has not been upgraded. It has been upgraded though. And it is telling me to restore a backup. Is anyone else having this problem:

    Are you attempting to open the same file that was upgraded previously?

    Yes. But I think I have worked it out.  I opened the upgraded file using the 2018 tab rather that the 2019 tab.  Maybe they have got their tabs confused.  2019 new tab has always been sitting on the top but now it is on the bottom.
