Trying to find installation key for Reckon accounts plus 2019

We purchased a license for Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2019 Annual Licence in February 2019 however we did not install 2019 and have been using 2018 up until now.
I have tried to install 2019 version but it asks for my installation key which I do not have. We did not receive an email as far as I can find or any other documentation.

Please help, how do I find the installation key ?

Hi Paul

If you ring Reckon support on 1 800 756 663 and give them your Reckon ID they will be able to give you the IKC which is the Installation Key Code.

if you log into reckon as a member with your member number and password, go to downloads, you will see a box on the LH side IKC: installation keycodes - choose your product and it will generate the code.

You can only generate the codes for the product/s registered to you
