Reckon Personal Plus 2020 refuses to connect to the internet. Using Chrome in virtual machine on iMa

I have just installed Reckon Personal Plus 2020 and I cannot register online, nor connect to the internet. All other internet access (programs etc) work fine through Chrome. Any ideas why this version blocks me? I use a virtual machine on an iMac and have not had any problems with past versions.

I am having the same problem on a Windows 10 PC. Seems the code they sent me has already expired, even though I renewed the license 2 weeks ago.

Resolved via phone this afternoon. but it shouldn't be that hard. an archaic installation process ....
