Attaching Invoices to the Business Account

Hi all 
I have Reckon Accounts Home and Business 2016.  I would like to use the invoice section of this package to create an invoice and record the payment.  I think it should be a simple thing but having trouble seeing the details I have entered on the invoice in the business account which I have created in reckon.  I can see amounts in the Business Account for the *Tax Control* (GST) but not the Business Account I have created to record the invoices and payment received.
