ReckonOne Estimates - Description column. How do I start text on a new line?

Hi,

I am trying to format my estimates and I would like to format the description column like this.

Item
- Description 
- Description

I am able to type the text in the format I want but when I print to pdf it prints like this.

Item - Description - Description

I provide reports that have to meet certain criteria. So I would like to list the criteria rather than having a long paragraph.
