Didnt click finalise year on last stp pay - how do i fix??

I forgot to click on the finalise year on my last uploaded payrun before EOFY for 2019/2020 before I lodged in STP. I have tried to do a full file replacement and it's coming up with an error. Is there any way I can fix this to finalise the year? Or will it automatically complete the year after July 31 (fewer than 20 employees) We use reckon accounts hosted. Thanks Belinda
