reporting not working well on personal plus 2000

the reporting omitted transactions which should have been included the financial report.

I am using Personal Plus 2000

    Hi James
    Unless it is a typo, you appear to be using a "rather old, 20 year old " version of the software. Congrats on that.
    Aside from that, it would enable us to help, if you detailed which report you were producing, and what detail was omitted.

    First - can you provide the name of the report?
    Second - can you explain how you know there are transactions missing.
