Error Code 80 on Reckon Accounts 2013

I have attempted to open my Reckon Accounts 2013 software this morning and I received a popup about a "new computer"? I recently replaced the graphics card, so I am unsure why this is coming up and this is the only computer I have ever used the software I purchased on. It would not allow me to click no, but on clicking yes it opens the below screen.
I have attempted to call the number to find out what the heck is happening, but is "outside office hours" and referred me to this website.
I've already paid for this software, so I'm rather angry that it's now a "subscription service?"
Any assistance would be appreciated.
