Data recovery and new computer

Brand new to this site so hope I am in the right place.

Just recovered Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2016 as a result of hard drive crash. New computer purchased and needed to reload software. Customer Support advised as old version, support is not available. Once recovered (eventually) , updated with last 2 mths transactions and exited. Then when reopening, message, says its a different computer, do you want to buy the latest version? . Say yes and go to sales team. say no and go to "reload" screen and start all over again. I have reloaded and updated data 3 times and it will not allow me to proceed, Can anyone help me ? numerous emails to Reckon are still in the "to be answered queue". Thanks.....
