Update for ATO compliance

Hi. I renewed my Reckon Hosted subscription to R2020 but now I'm being asked to pay a 5 year subscription to update for ATO compliance. Why?

    I believe this is an optional offer for Users on older versions to upgrade at a discounted rate.
