Reckon Personal Plus 2021 Install Issue...Program won't run after install

Hi Everyone

I just installed the 2021 upgrade. When I run Reckon it just hangs in the taskbar in Windows 10 with a light grey box around the icon and doesn't load the my data file.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times with no luck.

I've also run as administrator with no luck.

Does any one have any suggestions?

I did smething, I don't know want it was but it's now working.
