Personal Plus on new computer not showing correct figures for gains/loss.

I got a new computer in August 2020. It now shows gains/Loss 12 months as from August 2020. How do I get the correct data to show? Graphs are also from August 2020. I have used Personal Plus for YEARS - where are the figures?

Help!!!
