Hi all, I'm looking for some payroll help. I have two employees on the same pay rate, both claiming the TFT. This week they both worked the same amount of hours and I noticed that Reckon is taking $52 more tax from one employee than the other. They are both very simple payroll, there is no HECS or anything else involved. I have checked their set up and had another book keeper have a look as well and as far as we can see they are set up identically. Can anyone think of a possible reason why this is happening?

    I’m guessing you have looked in the tax section of each employee and neither have an additional amount of tax entered! Is their overall total wage for the year a similar amount?

    Please double check to ensure that the super item for this employee is not attracting tax.
