Employee not showing a zero balance in EOFY send to GovConnect

Hi, I am finalizing my payroll for 2020-2021 as closing business. I have noticed that a pay run I submitted in October to ATO is showing one of the employees as being paid 0.00. When I open the actual pay run it is correct (earning $300), but somehow it didn't show up on the report submitted to GovConnect. How do I correct/update this please?

The Figures would have been picked up in subsequent submissions so you shouldn’t have to do anything
No, it hasn't as the one missing is from her 1st pay. When I print out her PAYG Summary for 2021, it is not including the payment.
