Customer Additional Information - Bulk update

Hi team,

I am looking to do a bulk update for all Customers to adjust the Preferred Send Form Method from Email to None.

I have exported the Customer List however don't see this in any columns allowing me to perform a bulk update (possibly missing something here).

Is there a way to export the Customer List with this 'Additional Info' area showing and making a bulk update?
