Upgrade to Reckon Accounts 2021

My computer is running Windows 7 Home premium, and has recently gone beyond support.

I have been running Reckon Personal range 2017 on a more modern laptop in the US. I no longer have access to that computer.

I have recently installed Reckon Accounts 2021 on the windows 7 computer.

My backups from the US laptop have a RKN file suffix.

The system will only let me look for QDF files when searching for my latest backup in the storage.

What do I need to do?
