Unable to upgrade to Personal Plus 2021
Hi there, just getting around to upgrading to Personal Plus 2021 although I did pay my renewal before Christmas 2020..... and already running into problems. I can't see the link in the e-store to kick-off the renewal process. Remind me where I'm supposed to look.... (or should I use one of the other options listed under step 2 - start over with a new installation key or apply the update manually? I'm not sure how to do either of those) Thanks in advance!

Update...I found the link to members area in the installation guide that got me to the link to download the new software (unsure why this isn't included in the renewal email...)
And after a bit of mucking around have found my back-up file too.
What a headache! Wondering if you could make this process somewhat eaiser? Like other users, I always dread having to do this.
