STP - Error 504 Gateway Time-out

I have been trying to submit our STP this morning however every time I export the file i receive this message on my screen. Error 504 Gateway Time-out

Is there currently an issue with Reckon STP?

    Hi Andrea,

    IT might be the individual server that you are on having some problem, please close your Reckon hosted by going under file. close company follow by File--> exit. Log off from the hosted system and try login again, you should get a new server and try lodge again.
