Bank Statement Import

Hi

We download our bank statement every month then import. Something has changed and the import is failing.

We can upload file and open the BANK>IMPORT BANK STATEMENT select options and it begins processing however it does not open the USE QUICKBOOKS EXISTING ACCOUNT page? The data is not available for importing in ONLINE BANKING
