In Personal Plus 2021 some Account Balances are NOT displaying

I recently upgraded from Personal Plus 2013. In the Account Bar I have a number of bank, credit card and investment accounts displayed. For some of them the Current balance is NOT displaying, although it can be seen if a foggy way in the background. There are 2 credit cards listed and although the account features and preferences are identical the balance of only 1 is showing. I have attached a screenshot for better understanding.

I am mystified why this is happening to some and not other accounts. I have gone through FAQs and the User Guide, but not been able to find a solution. Any ideas, please?

    I have found the answer and corrected the situation, so all is well
