I recently paid my annual subscription (receipt received). Downloaded Reckon accounts 2021 - all seemed good until I attempted to activate the software (via phone) - no representatives available (outside of business hours). Can I activate the new software some other way (perhaps online)

    Thank you Gerry, however, I think I have 'fumbled' my way through the online activation process - it appears to be up & working (did have to reopen all the data files that I normally use)
