Installation won't open

Tried to install reckon 2021 yesterday. Program proceeded to ask to uninstall previous versions. did so. -Called reckon and given many numbers and letters codes to put in that never came to places to install. Tried again today to install 2021- Installed new version several times. Called Reckon and given another direct link and an installation key to put in. Reinstalled (After uninstalling again) . Icon now on screen but will not open up and I never been given an option to put in new installation key.
