Edit EOFY report

Hi Rav,

I was wondering how I can edit the EOFY report so that it is correct with my paperwork. I was editing the pay runs and its keep on adding up and not edit my original pay runs. Thank you so much for your help.

To confirm, are you using the Payroll App or the STP app?

Hi@Rav

I am using the payroll App basic. I went pay runs , Then + on right hand side ....new adjustments (but nothing came up) then EOFY report but there is nowhere for me to edit the total amount of gross pay and tax withheld and super. (which had add up because I was trying to update the pay runs for this month. Thank you for your help.

@quyen If you have not created any new Payrun for 20/21 from the Payroll App then you can't run any adjustment Payruns. But if all you want to do is alter the Employee amounts for EOFY to match your paper work then you will have to go to the Employee YTD data and amend the figures from there.

Ignore the adding employees part and go to the section that mentions change initial YTD to update the Gross, Tax Witheld and Super as per the instructions. After you save the data then attempt the payrun for EOFY to see all figures match before submitting the declaration. Good Luck.

Thank you so much for your reply...unfortunately it didn't work ..it had added more amount into EOFY report. ATM earning is at $83500 instead of $39750 . MY App only have initial YTD and not Change Initial YTD. I am only a basic plan not the premium . Please help so that I can get the earnings back to $39750 per annum and I also need to fix tax withheld and super as well. Thank you in advance

Can you hold off on making any more changes to your YTD tab in the Payroll App just for now.

@Rav I have also forgot to mention I don't have the minus sign when I go to INITIAL YTD . thank you so much

Just getting back to you on this. The issue of editing the YTD adding to the employee balance instead of amending it is currently under investigation.
