Cannot edit or delete this Payrun for the employee please help

    @nadiya Not sure if you created a new employee or migrated employee data across from another app. It might be possible to give you some guidance if you are able to provide a brief description of what you are seeing when you edi/ delete the Payrun. Have you created the Payrun within the Payroll app recently?

    it is the end of year 2020/2021 pay summary can’t edit it and it added a ytd for one employee who only worked a Month for me

    @nadiya I would suggest that you will have to wait until tomorrow as I understand there is an issue with working on 20/21 Employee Pay data that Reckon may have just fixed.

    The Payroll App has received an update (v2.11.10) which fixes an issue that was preventing editing of 2020/21 Year to Date employee balances.

    Hi

    this update is for the reckon app not stp and I tried to migrate over but it says enter information again

    extremely frustrating and no one has an answer

    I even called ato they said they can’t help

    it is a software issue I must contact stp

    That's correct. The info provided above is in relation to the Payroll App which is the category that you've created your discussion under.

    Now that you've advised you're using the STP app, if you need to make any amendments/corrections to your employee pay summary balances in the STP APP you can do so by creating an Update Event. Check out the info in the help guide below which outlines how to use an Update Event to make corrections -


    In regard to your attempted migration to the Payroll App, what happened specifically and what was the message you were getting on-screen?
