So you are accessing the same file from a browser on your laptop and I’m assuming Safari on your iPad and you are seeing different - missing data?

It certainly is strange, have you done a rebuild of your data? I don’t know how this could be if it’s the same file. Have you looked at something else, e.g. a cheque or any other recent transaction?

are you logging out of Hosted on each device before logging in on another one?

Yes - i have tried on two different IPads and several different browsers as mentioned above: Chrome, Safari, FireFox and Brave all have the same problem. I don't have the issue on Macs.

Is it only invoices that are missing, it’s very strange, I would have thought almost impossible.

It sounds like you’ve actually got another Company File on the Hosted server & that the file path on your iPads are automatically mapped to defaulting to the other file 😬

Close out of the Company File & locate/access it via the No Company Open window. Make note of it’s exact name & location then do the same from the other device(s) (Check the date/timestamp to ensure it’s the current file)

That’s what I thought Shaz, the problem just didn’t sound possible

Thank I will call Reckon on Monday - they will help with the problem - as comments have not provided a solution.

Did you try Shaz’s suggestion - it was on the mark and I do believe that is the problem- opening 2 different files
