Employee Details won't Save

Hi, I'm the only employee in our company. I've rolled the STP app into the new Payroll App but my information was not fully updated.
I can't seem to create and accept a new pay run in the new year as my employee details won't save.
I have filled in all the required fields in the Employee Detail section but it will never save. Which in turn won't let me finish my first pay run for the new year.
