The problem I have with the payroll app for the pay runs that have been already entered so far, is that when I click on STP tab it states that all the pay runs have been rejected.

When I click on the arrow to check why I receive the following message

A notification must exist in Access Manager for your software provider before attempting to transact. Contact the ATO or use Access Manager to notify the ATO of your hosted SBR software service. You will need to provide name and/or their ABN and Software ID.

How do I enter th softwar ID in Access Manager of the ATO portal?

    Have you added your software ID to access manager? Or you could ring ATO 1-800-852-232. Make a cup of tea before you ring. It might take a while
