Installing previously used Reckon software on new computer

My technician has installed my original software on new computer. When I try to log in I am asked for a password which I can't remember. When I press on 'Forgot my Password' and try to Submit to get a new one nothing happens. Rang Reckon and spoke to 4 different people, ending up being referred to this site as Reckon does not offer any support!

Can anyone help me?
