New User cannot login


I purchased a new licence and created a new user, shared company file and added this new user into user with access to the company file. I can go as far as login and when I launch Accounts 2021 it doesn't accept user name or password.

Make sure you are inputting the correct login details in the correct area ...
There are initial logins to the Hosted platform - These enable access to Reckon's servers where Hosted is "hosted" lol & are the annual licenses that you pay for (including the new one you've just purchased).
There are also separate logins to your actual Company File - including the default "Admin" one - for access to your specific Company File. These are set up within the program itself by the "Admin" User. Purchasing a new Licence is completely unrelated to this - These Company File logins remain unchanged (eg they are still as they were before)
