Payroll calculations for employees paid on a per kilometer rather than an hourly basis

Is there a way of calculating annual leave accrual for employees that are not employed on an hourly basis? I currently use a spreadsheet, but it means employees need to ask how much leave they have available, I would like to be able to show their annual leave balances on the payslips, if possible

Leave typically accrues on time worked, with km & any other components calculated separately. I've never heard of any employee being paid solely on kms travelled only. Can you clarify further how that works exactly ?
