Restoring a backup from Reckon Hosted to a Desktop version of Reckon

I need to restore a backup from Reckon Hosted 2021 to Reckon Desktop version as the client is not renewing his Reckon subscription and moving to Xero. As the accountant we need to have the data available from the Reckon Hosted to complete the tax returns for 2021. When restoring I get the error code -6000,-83 can you advise how to get around this problem.

    The only version that’s compatible with Hosted is Reckon Enterprise 2021. If you are a Hosted subscriber you are entitled to a free copy of Enterprise, otherwise you can apply for a 30 day trial with Reckon. I’m not familiar with that error code
