Hope you can advise......

In late August I changed two staff from Base Hourly to Salary. Unfortunately I did not check if Salary was selected to include in super calculations. So the two staff have not had super calculated since late August.

I have fixed that issue and selected the Salary, but what is the best way to to rectify this issue with getting the super figures in Reckon?

Go back into the pays, unlock and change the pay item, e.g. hours, then change it back and it should adjust super. I always write down or take a photo of the screen to make sure only the super changes and nothing else

Thank you Kris but doing it this way, will it affect STP in any way? Because the last 9 weeks their super has not been reported.

Don't go back into the pays. Adjust it in the current period for the delinquent super. If you change the prior period you'll be making a big mistake. Oh and please check things as you go in future. It makes it a lot easier
