Error finalising the upload of this file

Hi, I get this message when I try to do a Manual Upload of QIF file from the bank.

I have had success with a different bank account but this one just won't upload. Hope you can help.

    which option you've chosen when downloading the qif from your bank?

    I tried QIF and csv with Chrome. several times. No joy.

    I have now succeeded with QIF using Firefox - so crisis averted.
