When paying bills , I had an invoice that had a incorrect amount , so I tried to edit the invoice to the correct amount , basically the tax was wrong , after edited , and trying to exit that invoice to return to the bills paying, screen in would display , error message with a value of 47 .

The Invoice that I was trying to edit was imported to hosted by Cosmic bills , I ended up entering another invoice manually and paying it and deleting the first one .

Any help on this subject would be great .

The tax was wrong! How could this be?

Occasionally a transaction can become corrupted. I would think this can be even more likely with imported data simply because itโ€™s coming through from an external source.

As long as this occurrence is only the exception rather than the norm, thatโ€™s OK.

When that happens, I would do the same as you did - Re-enter the transaction & delete the original (corrupted) one ๐Ÿ˜Š

You're right Shaz. I'd be going back to the software vendor. Doesn't sound like a problem with Reckon to me.
