Reckon Personal Plus 2015 on new computer

Hi, I am trying to install PP 2015 on a new machine. I have the original installation file, but when I put in my Installation Key Code, it goes to Online Services, I click continue and then it closes. I've tried to log into member services, but nothing is there. Can anyone help?

I have just upgraded my 84 year old fathers computer but dont have his original install file , I need to call them for him but only have the details in the photo

Is there somewhere i can download the old install file as he is giving me heaps , we have all the backups etc
